About Rise Kids Physio
Rise Kids Physio provides compassionate, evidence-based paediatric physiotherapy delivered in the child's natural environment. We believe in a family-centred, play-based approach that builds skills, confidence and participation.
Our sessions are tailored to each child and family and include assessment, goal-setting and practical strategies you can use every day.
Mobile paediatric physiotherapy that comes to you
​We visit children in their homes, daycares, schools and community settings. Our play-centered approach helps children move, play and grow with confidence.

About
Elke Werner
Elke has over 15 years of hospital and community experience working in paediatrics. With a wide range of clinical skills and a keen interest in childhood orthopaedics, early childhood development and neurological disorders, Elke is well placed to provide specialised kids physiotherapy from 0-16 years of age.
Elke has a love of the outdoors, never passing up an opportunity to explore what nature has to offer with her daughters.

Services
NDIS
We are able to see children and their families who are self-managed participants and plan-managed participants under the NDIS
Medicare
​Some children may be eligible for a chronic disease management plan. This can allow you up to 5 subsidised physiotherapy sessions throughout the year. Please speak to your GP
Private health cover
Rebates between private health funds vary. Contact your private health insurance fund for more details on how much you may be able to claim back for physiotherapy
